Aberdour Greets Me Kindly ©

In every forward step I feel I'm walking back,
Into the land of unknown past.
I sense some kind of welcome,
Has the Kingdom accepted this man at last?
Sunshine dances upon the Forth,
My emotions are dancing too.
A magnificent day and a wonderful view.
Aberdour greets me kindly nearing mid-day,
I look back and move forward in my own way.
Accepting my existence I patiently learn more,
Stimulating time spent by this delightful shore.
Aberdour greets me kindly didn't she so?
Aberdour she reminds me not to ever let go.
