If only
I could see
your face beyond
oceans -
your eyes for
each sunset;
our smiles instead
of tears.
If only
I could hear
your voice free
from the
wire -
your words
happier
than sights; our
giggles, not
this pain.
If only
I could sense
your cheek
behind
glances -
your presence
on my hills;
your fire
deep inside...
If only
I could touch
your spirit
once gain - soft
shoulder with
my hand;
your heart from
that distance...
I hate my
clumsiness -
confinement in silence;
the weight
of that suitcase.
I just miss you like hell!
