The swans are swimming on the lake,
the signets paddling in their wake.
The ducks are swimming there as well.
Little ducklings looking swell.

The bumble bees are on the flowers.
Humming round for hours and hours.
Butterflies with beautiful wings.
Really are such pretty things.

Boat trips up and down the lake.
Leaving ripples in their wake.
Men fishing on the side.
Catching fish with greatest pride.

Children playing all about.
"there's swings and chutes" you hear them shout.
Play parks, cafes all about.
People going in and out.

When the sun is shining bright.
Take a walk and see the site.
By the water, you will see.
By the lakes the place to be
