Debbie Curran
Eassie by Glamis, Scotland
2003

I get up and make the beds I hoover and I dust,
I wash the floor and feed the dog I do it cos I must.
Then I do the shopping and the washing and the tea,
it all has to be done because the kids come home at three.
Then I do the dishes, after all the kids are fed
then I bath or shower them and then they go bed.
Then I put my feet up and I go to bed at ten,
then I get up in the morning and I start it all again.
