Her name is Grace
She is gentle yet strong
In her conviction that
A state of mind allows
Healing and peace

I first met her as a feeling
When middle ground
was walked for the first time
I was neither up nor down
With my portion of the world
But centred and grounded

Once met Grace is never forgotten
She lingers close by waiting
In anticipation
