One Man, One Dream ©
To the flower of Scotland, and all her fighting sons.

On the shores of Loch Shiel,
A lonely heart will never heal.
Beating the drum across the hill
Gaels gathered brandishing shields...
What was to be but a man's dream?
"Unite the clans!" was on all lips...
As if one's anger in eclipse
Would shine again in morning sun.
On the shores of Loch Shiel,
He saw the light - defying fate...
The Standard rose in Love and Hate;
Highland heather or battle field?
...And ancient hope like a torrent
crushed through the hill.
