Has been at times
In my absence

When foundations are laid
Then enough exists
To see the value of my person

To be taken for granted
Is disallowed
It is of no value

Rather like having
Enough in the petrol tank
Or sufficient in the cupboard

Remember how we miss
Water when the well
Runs dry

A feeling of peace within
Carries me
Even when I am not there

The acts we do gather
Are stored by others
To be released when needed
