Santa's Nose ©

Red and wobbly
Cold as ice,
Santa's nose
Scared all the mice.
It shone for miles
Across the snow,
And children watched
To see it glow.
Fat and squidgey
Full of hair,
Santa's nose
Sniffed all the air.
It wiggled left
It wiggled right,
Poor Santa's nose
Worked through the night.
An itch he got
At every stop,
And sneezed the toys
Down chimney-pots.
It sneezed until
His job was done,
And all the stockings
Filled with fun.
Tired and twitchy
Sore and red,
Old Santa's nose
Flew home to bed.
