Silver Life ©

by Navin Fonia
New Delhi, India
2002

All trees have stopped their engines.
All humans are happily disappearing,
Gliding fast to reach home,
Near the silver trees,
Below the silver owl,
Right to the silver sun,
Left to the silver boy.
I run heavily to meet my goat.
I won't look at you.
