Pretend it's now.
And you and I in the same frame,
invincible in healing light,
boreal warmth
on same sand bridge,
eyes without tears,
focused,
transfixed,
where they can touch
that same moment.
Our hair entwined in nordic wind,
my fingers gripped on your shoulder,
we dream awake;
look again now.
Us in still frame,
that dominant colour orange
flashed from our sun
lightens your skin
no cheating lens,
let's catch the tide swing on each side,
I read gentleness in your glance.
