Waterfalls ©

Renee Delzzapoe

Waterfalls from Heaven
Black velvet in the sky
Don't forget your rain coat
The angels weep and cry
Am I an angel also?
For I cry too.
Their fountains be so large
Their sorrow soaks me through
Waterfalls from Heaven,
It doesn't seem that high
Maybe if I tried real hard
I could spread my wings
To touch that velvet sky.
