Rivers flooding,
Homes levelled - just like that!
Terrorists warning,
September morning,
Buildings rendered flat!
Overeating,
By TV seating,
We are all getting fat!
Living longer,
Still more hunger,
Banks too are getting fat!
Enron,
Worldcom,
Andersen on the mat!
Evidence shredded,
Litter accumulated,
Helping to feed the rat!

Labour off the leash,
Scotland does not want that!
Accountants fiddling,
Politicians spinning,
Can't take much more of that!
Genetically modified,
Offices humidified,
We're hanging like the bat!
Internet growing,
Pornography showing,
Protect your child from that!
Mobiles phoning,
Pylons droning,
Brains affected by chat!
Tucks in the human face,
Stress in the workplace,
I think I'll eat my hat!
